How to request deletion

You can request account deletion in the Date & Dine mobile app where the account deletion option is available in settings or profile management.

Data deleted

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal account data such as profile information, preferences, photos, messages where applicable, and active session credentials, subject to technical and legal limitations.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or audit purposes, including records we are legally obligated to keep.

Processing timeframe

Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
