Date & Dine is intended exclusively for adults. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly permit minors on the platform.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

V12 Technologies LLC maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any conduct that endangers children.

We prohibit users from:

• Uploading, sharing, requesting, creating, promoting, or distributing CSAM
• Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual communication involving minors
• Attempting to exploit, endanger, or arrange contact with minors for sexual purposes
• Posting or sharing sexualized content involving minors

Enforcement

When we identify or receive credible reports of CSAE-related violations, we may:

• Remove violating content immediately
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Preserve evidence as required by law
• Report to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other lawful bodies where required

Reporting in the app and by email

Users can report concerning behavior through in-app safety and reporting tools where available.
